Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking caring and enthusiastic Female Support Workers in Reading (RG2) to assist four women aged 30s–50s with learning disabilities and epilepsy. You will support personal care, meals, activities, and appointments, often in 1:1 or 2:1 settings, in a lively home environment.

Experience is not essential as full training is provided. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the role emphasises building meaningful relationships and enabling independence.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Female applicants only; gender considered a genuine occupational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with meals and medication administration.
• Support attendance at health appointments and activities.
• Facilitate communication using signs, gestures and personalised methods.
• Support participation in holidays and outings.
• Support ranging health and support needs as required.
