You’ll join our Quality, Safety & Improvements Team, part of the central Ground Operations function. This team sets the policies and procedures for safety, readiness, compliance, training, and continuous improvement, supporting a safe and on-time operation.
As Readiness and Training Specialist, you’ll support and deliver ground operations training and readiness activities across the easyJet network. Reporting to the Head of Safety, Quality and Improvement, you’ll ensure Ground Ops delivery teams and third-party handlers are well-prepared through effective training programmes, station readiness support, and proactive seasonal planning. You’ll contribute to winter operations preparedness and monitor wildlife management practices at airports, ensuring alignment with safety standards and regulatory expectations.
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
