Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking an HE Student Recruitment and Events Officer to drive recruitment activities and support progression into Higher Education across campuses. You will deliver events, open days, webinars and digital engagement to convert interest into action.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with schools and colleges, coordinating HE-specific activities and supporting student progression into Higher Education.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering customer engagement, recruitment, sales or marketing activity with demonstrable results.
  • Understanding of marketing and student recruitment within an education setting.
  • Experience of working with schools, colleges and community organisations.
  • Experience of supporting conversion-focused activity or customer journey.

As our HE Student Recruitment and Events Officer, you will:



  • Deliver engaging recruitment and conversion activity including events, campus tours, webinars and digital engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with schools, sixth forms and partner organisations to support progression into Higher Education.

  • Support internal progression from Further Education into Higher Education across our campuses.

  • Coordinate and deliver open events, applicant experience events and HE-specific activity.

What you will bring to the role:
