Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician for its Responsive Maintenance team in Woking, delivering maintenance and void property works across the borough's housing stock. You will perform electrical testing, fault finding, and reactive repairs in occupied and void properties, with scope for rewires and upgrades in kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) required.
• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• 2–5 years' experience in Social Housing or related maintenance roles.

We are seeking an experienced

Electrician to join its Responsive Repairs team delivering maintenance and void property works across Woking Borough Council's housing stock.

Key Duties

• Electrical testing, inspection and fault finding.
• Reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
• Domestic rewires and electrical installations.
• Kitchen, bathroom and heating system electrical upgrades.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

Requirements
