Job summary

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service in Whitehaven is seeking two Personal Assistants to support a 36-year-old man with complex care needs. Each role is 25 hours per week, and both PAs will work together as a pair to ease the family's caring duties.

25 hours per week x 2 PA positions available to support the family of a 36-year-old gentleman with complex support needs and a range of medical conditions.

Support will be provided as 2:1.

We are looking for two caring, reliable Personal Assistants to support the family of a 36-year-old gentleman with complex support needs and a range of medical conditions.

The purpose of these roles is for the PAs to work together, alongside his parents, to support his daily care needs and give the family valuable time away from their caring responsibilities.

This is a hands-on support role based in a warm and welcoming family home. While some days can be busy, you will have full support from his parents and be part of a relaxed, friendly team of family members and PAs. You will never be expected to work alone.
