EQ Care is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for Cedar Lodge in Whitchurch-on-Thames to lead the clinical team and support the home manager in daily operations, rotas, training and attendance records.
You will liaise with GPs, social services and multi-disciplinary teams, undertake clinical assessments and drive quality care in a 45-bed nursing and dementia specialist home. NMC pin and IT proficiency are essential.

As the Clinical Deputy Manager at Cedar Lodge, you will be a key member of the management team and play an integral part of the
home. You will support the home manager, completing team member rotas, annual leave, training allocation and attendance records.
You will lead the clinical team, liaise with local authorities, social services and undertake clinical assessments. You will
also complete the daily leadership report and attend operational review meetings. You will establish good relationships with
people who live in the home, their families, friends, and team members, We ask that you support and advise the team members
within the home during working hours as well as during out of hours via on call arrangements. You will also take responsibility
for Acer Lodge during periods of absence of the Home Manager.
