Seetec Group is seeking a Youth Employment Advisor to join our Youth Job Guarantee programme in Bristol, supporting young people aged 18-24 to overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, deliver coaching, careers guidance, job search support, CV and interview preparation, and ongoing in-work support, working with employers and community partners.

The role requires experience with young people, strong communication, safeguarding knowledge, and confidence

Youth Employment Advisor

Do you have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their career goals? We're looking for a Youth Employment Advisor to join our Youth Job Guarantee programme, helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers, build confidence and move into sustainable employment.

You’ll manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised coaching, careers guidance, job search support, CV and interview preparation, and ongoing in-work support. Working closely with employers, training providers and community partners, you’ll help young people access the opportunities, skills and support they need to succeed.

We’re looking for someone with experience working with young people, managing caseloads and delivering positive outcomes in a target-driven environment. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of safeguarding and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications are essential.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
