Seetec Group Swindon is hiring a Youth Employment Advisor to support 18-24 year olds through the Youth Job Guarantee programme, delivering coaching, job search help, CV and interview prep, and in-work support.

We're looking for a Youth Employment Advisor to join our Youth Job Guarantee programme, helping young people aged 18-24 overcome barriers, build confidence and move into sustainable employment. You'll manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised coaching, careers guidance, job search support, CV and interview preparation, and ongoing in-work support. Working closely with employers, training providers and community partners, you'll help young people access the opportunities, skills and support they need to succeed. We're looking for someone with experience working with young people, managing caseloads and delivering positive outcomes in a target-driven environment. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of safeguarding and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications are essential.
