Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility as needed.
• Emotional Support: Offer a listening ear and emotional support to clients, helping them manage stress, anxiety, or mental health challenges.
• Health Monitoring: Support clients with health-related tasks, including medication management, appointments, and monitoring their physical well-being.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help clients with housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Social and Recreational Support: Encourage clients to engage in social and recreational activities to promote social inclusion and personal growth.
• Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the client, ensuring their rights are respected, and that they have access to appropriate services and opportunities.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the client’s progress, needs, and any incidents or concerns that arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, family members, and other team members to ensure the well-being and safety of the client.
