Job summary

Avenues Group in West Malling is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. This field-based, permanent role requires a full UK driving licence and a hands-on, person-centred approach to help people live the lives they choose.

You will support independence, build confidence and enable meaningful experiences at home and in the community, with a varied day including outings, activities and engagement with

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support.
• Experience as a support worker with similar needs is preferred.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic attitude is required.

Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support, it is also a requirement to have some support worker experience supporting with similar needs.

We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern to live the lives they choose.

You'll play an important role in helping people develop their independence, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and in their local community.
