Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is seeking a DBS-cleared kitchen assistant in the West End to support the head chef and team with daily kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities include food prep as directed, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with serving during peak times, and helping with temperature paperwork and pot washing. PPE is provided, and applicants must be available asap.

• DBS check required and up-to-date.

• Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
• Helping to serve on the counter at busy times.
• Assisting with paperwork for cooking temps, reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
• Assisting with pot washing.
• Helping the team to set up the servery area.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A DBS

A DBS kitchen assistant is needed to assist the head chef & team with the tasks below:

• Prep jobs given by the head chef , could be cutting , grating , making a certain dish or garnish.
• Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
• Helping to serve on the counter at busy times
• Assisting with paperwork where required for cooking temps , reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
• Assisting with pot washing
• Helping the team to set up the servery area

The candidate Must be available asap

PPE Required:

Apron and hat will be provided

The working hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm pm
