Job summary

CI Healthcare is seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join the kitchen team and help serve up great meals for the residents daily.

This full-time role maintains kitchen cleanliness, supports chefs, performs deep cleans, assists with basic food prep and safe food storage. A DBS check is required and can be arranged if needed; right to work is essential. We offer flexible working opportunities and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and cheerful with good attention to detail.
• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Enhanced DBS required (we can help arrange this).
• Someone reliable, cheerful, and great with routines.
• A valid right to work document is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
• Support role for our chefs and undertake tasks as needed.
• Scheduled deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Basic food preparation.
• Organising and storing food safely to comply with company standards.
