Job summary

Elida Beauty is seeking an interim Supply Planner to support FG product planning for the UK and ANZ markets from Holborn, London. This full-time temporary role lasts 6 months, with 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

The role offers a mix of remote and onsite work and a competitive up-to-£45,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. You will drive the end-to-end supply planning, translate forecasts into capacity plans, manage stock levels, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure FG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or supply chain management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute supply planning strategy for FG products in UK/ANZ markets.

Manpower are currently seeking an interim Supply Planner to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As the Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in the DSR process for all FG products in the UK and ANZ market, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery right capacity allocation and stock levels in the global supply network.

Your Key Responsibilities

• E2E execution of Supply Planning Team Strategy
• Defines and develops constrained Finished Goods (FG) Forecast into the business plans
• Transforms the constrained FG forecast into a supply / requirement plan
• Ensures operational excellence and solution management for any supply risk & issues.
• Exceed customer expectations by ensuring FG availability delivered through on time / in full order fulfilment

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Owns and monitors Capacity, Stocks, Waste reporting and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Stocks, Waste.
• Works closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities/projects
• Collaborate with demand planning, customer development (CD) and marketing to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into the supply forecast
• Works closely with 3rd party manufacturing (3PM) procurement to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met
• Coordinate Repack / Co-pack activities with key co-pack / repack suppliers
• Process & Technology Management
• Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant

• Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organisation as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management
• Previous experience in Supply Planning
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy
• The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience with SQL and/or PowerBI / Demantra are a plus
