As a Catering Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day catering operation, leading and motivating your team to deliver an outstanding dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.
You’ll build strong relationships with students, school staff, and colleagues, helping to create a welcoming environment where great food is at the heart of the school community.

One of the key benefits of this role is the term‑time‑only contract with annualised pay. This means your salary is spread evenly across 12 months and paid monthly, giving you the security of a regular income throughout the year, including during school and college holiday periods.
As this role is based within a school environment, successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. ISS will arrange and cover the cost of this as part of the onboarding process.
