ISS is recruiting for Part Time Catering Assistants & Catering Team Leaders to work in schools across the area. The roles involve leading a catering team, ensuring food safety and high service standards, and building strong relationships with students and staff.

This term-time-only role offers annualised pay with monthly payments. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential as you will travel between local school sites with mileage reimbursed by ISS.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a catering supervisory or team leader role is desirable.
• Food preparation and customer service skills desirable.
• Good understanding of food safety, health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• DBS check required; ISS will arrange and cover the cost.

We are recruiting for Part Time Catering Assistants & Catering Team Leaders at various schools in the area.

Join ISS and play a key role in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that enhance the school day for students.

As a Catering Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day catering operation, leading and motivating your team to deliver an outstanding dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.

You’ll build strong relationships with students, school staff, and colleagues, helping to create a welcoming environment where great food is at the heart of the school community.

At ISS, you’ll be part of a company that values its people and provides opportunities to learn, develop, and grow. One of the key benefits of this role is the term-time-only contract with annualised pay. This means your salary is spread evenly across 12 months and paid monthly, giving you the security of a regular income throughout the year, including during school and college holiday periods.

The Role

• As an Area Relief Team Leader, you'll travel between a number of local sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. ISS will reimburse all business mileage expenses incurred as part of the role.

Requirements

• Experience in a catering supervisory, team leader, or management role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

• As this role is based within a school environment, successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. ISS will arrange and cover the cost of this as part of the onboarding process.
