Kenect Recruitment Ltd in West Bromwich is seeking a reliable Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You will handle goods imported from China and use our Mandarin-language CRM to manage stock and orders.

The role is Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, full-time and permanent, with a £12.71 hourly rate. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with a willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and to learn our systems.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team based in West Bromwich. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations, particularly in handling goods imported from China and using our in-house CRM warehouse system, which is fully operated in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading, writing, and communicating effectively in Mandarin on a daily basis
• Using a Mandarin-based in-house CRM warehouse system to manage stock and orders
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable using computer systems and warehouse softwarePhysically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
