Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in warehouse environment is desirable but not required.
• Comfortable using computer systems and warehouse software.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reading, writing, and communicating effectively in Mandarin daily.
• Using a Mandarin-based in-house CRM system to manage stock and orders.
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
