Job summary

NRL Ltd is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a major construction project in Skelton, North Yorkshire. You will oversee mechanical installation works on a new primary school development, manage trades, and ensure works meet the programme and quality standards.

The role offers 42 hours per week at £35.00 per hour CIS, with a 9-month contract on a new-build school project. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical installation on site.
• Knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card holder.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Skelton, North Yorkshire, overseeing the mechanical installation works on a new primary school development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial or public sector construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to drive programme and quality standards on site
