Job summary

Rapier Employment seeks experienced HGV 1 Drivers for a busy transport operation in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. If you hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence and CPC card with at least 1 year of driving experience, you will join a team prioritising safety and efficiency.

Shifts are flexible with patterns including Mon-Fri, 4 on 4 off, Fri-Mon, or weekends. Overtime and holiday pay are available, with well-maintained vehicles and organised operations to support reliable earnings.

Pay Rates

Day Shifts – Store Deliveries

£21.40 per hour – Standard

£28.89 per hour – Overtime

Night Shifts – Trunking

£25.32 per hour – Standard

£32.81 per hour – Overtime
