Wayland Academy, part of Inspiration Trust, is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations at Watton. You will ensure buildings, grounds, and facilities are safe, secure and well maintained to support students and staff.

Full Time: 37 hours per week over 5 days from Monday to Friday
Working Weeks: 52 weeks
Start Date: An October start is preferred, subject to completed onboarding checks.

Wayland Academy is looking for a Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our school site, ensuring our buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, secure, well maintained and ready to support the success of our students and staff.
While this is advertised as a full-time position, we are equally happy to consider applications from candidates looking for part-time hours. We want to find the right person for the role and are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
