Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers to cover across Watford and nearby areas. Roles are available full-time and part-time, with a focus on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, have experience in UK primary schools (EYFS to KS2), and can adapt quickly while delivering feedback to regular teachers. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly.
