Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with an established logistics business based in Widnes. You will be undertaking trunking work with both ad hoc and ongoing positions available. Day and night shifts are available, with shifts lasting 8 to 15 hours.

To be considered, you need a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 2 years of Class 1 experience, plus a CPC and Digital Tachograph cards and no more than 6 points on your licence (no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT codes).

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 2 years class 1 driving experience.
• A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking trunking work for the logistics partner.
• Flexible ad hoc and ongoing shifts as available.
• Ability to work day or night shifts, including longer shift lengths (8–15 hours).

• Paid weekly at £19.05 per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
