Job summary

Class Act Teaching Services is seeking Teaching Assistants for daily supply in Wantage and surrounding areas. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in varied primary school settings, assisting teachers with lessons and managing classroom activities.

Ideal candidates will have recent primary school experience, a good grasp of the primary curriculum, and a patient, adaptable approach to supporting diverse learners. DBS checks (Update Service) are preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

  • Has recent experience in a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
  • Is patient, adaptable and confident supporting pupils of varying abilities.
  • Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities
