Step Teachers is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time position commencing September 2026 at a respected primary school in Devon. You will support pupils in class, in small groups, and one-to-one, helping deliver engaging activities and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with children in a school setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a patient and nurturing approach, and a commitment to safeguarding.
