Job summary

Care 2 U Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate care workers to provide community-based support in Walsall. You will assist adults with personal care, mobility, meals, and outings, promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Escort clients to activities and assist with daily living tasks.
• Be flexible to work on a rota over 7 days including weekends and evenings.

What we're looking for:

This role requires you to be a driver with your own vehicle due to working within the community.

We are looking for people whom have a real commitment to providing a high standard of care and support that is not only strength based but person centred that promotes and maximises Independence and well being to adults within the community. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, compassionate, trustworthy, caring, respectful and resilient whilst being reliable and positive.

What you'll be doing:

Every day, you'll be making a difference working with adults for the provision of community-based adult services in the borough of Walsall, providing support to both males and females. Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, bathing, preparing meals, mobility assistance, escorting duties, etc. Providing support service and support with outings for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues.

Candidates must be flexible to work on a rota basis over a 7-day period including weekends and/or evenings. Morning shifts can start between 6 am and end at 3 pm. Evening shifts start at 3 pm and finish between 10 pm and 11 pm. Flexibility is essential to the job role and times above may vary.
