Bridgewater Recruitment Group partners with a leading LED lighting manufacturer in the Birmingham area to recruit a Graduate Commercial Business Trainee. The role offers exposure to high-value projects and hands-on development within a growing commercial team.

You'll support the Commercial Manager with quotations and tenders, coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery, and collaborate across Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Production. Comprehensive training and clear progression await.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Manager with quotations, tenders and customer projects.
• Coordinate customer project orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Production teams to keep projects on track.
• Build relationships with customers, electrical wholesalers and internal stakeholders.
• Use the company's CRM and ERP systems to manage project information and produce reports.
• Help monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service throughout.

A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality commercial LED lighting solutions is looking for an ambitious Graduate Commercial Business Trainee to join its commercial team in Rubery, Birmingham. The business supplies an extensive range of energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education, industrial facilities, transport infrastructure and residential developments. Working closely with electrical wholesalers, contractors, consultants and end users, it provides not only innovative products but also technical support, lighting design and project management expertise. With a turnover of more than £13 million and ambitious plans for continued expansion, you'll be joining a well-established business offering genuine career development.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Commercial Business Trainee, you will:

• Support the Commercial Manager with quotations, tenders and customer projects
• Coordinate customer project orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Production teams to keep projects on track
• Build relationships with customers, electrical wholesalers and internal stakeholders

• Starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000
