Job summary

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd. is seeking a driven Graduate Commercial Business Trainee to join its Birmingham-based team. You will support the commercial function, coordinate project orders, and collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Production to drive on-time delivery.

You will build relationships with customers and wholesalers, gain exposure to high-value projects, and receive comprehensive mentoring and career progression opportunities within a growing lighting solutions business.

Qualifications

• A degree preferably in Business or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Manager with quotations, tenders and customer projects.
• Coordinate customer project orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Production teams to keep projects on track.
• Build relationships with customers, electrical wholesalers and internal stakeholders.
• Use the company’s CRM and ERP systems to manage project information and produce reports.
• Help monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service throughout.
