Do you share our belief that disability is not a barrier, and it doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences?
We are currently recruiting a Children’s Support Worker to provide care for a young male in their own home. Due to an ABI, our client has cerebral palsy and delayed physical development. He lives at home with his parents.
He attends mainstream primary school and uses mobility devices such as a power wheelchair, walker and standing frame at home.
Our client will need support picking up from school, then attending activities/therapies if scheduled, as well as providing snacks and support with homework.
Our client is fun and energetic, so we are looking for someone dynamic who is keen to get involved in activities, whilst also being able to provide appropriate boundaries when needed.
If you’re an experienced Support Worker looking for a new role, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person’s life.
