Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking compassionate care workers in Tredegar, Wales to support children, young people, and adults with day-to-day routines and personal care. You will help individuals with complex needs, promote independence, and enable participation in education and community activities.

Flexible shift patterns (days, evenings, nights) are available; comprehensive training is provided, and Enhanced DBS is required or willing to obtain one to join our friendly

• Supporting children, young people, and adults with day-to-day routines, including personal care

• Following individual support plans and working closely with a supportive team
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and person-centred environment

About you:

• Caring, patient, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting others
• Comfortable working with children and young people with complex needs and neurodiversity
• Flexible to work a range of shifts (days, evenings, and nights)
• Experience is beneficial, but not essential – full training provided
• Strong communication skills and a calm, resilient approach
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
