Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our agency team, supporting a range of well-established nurseries. Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s play, learning, and daily routines to help create a fun, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised setting that encourages children’s learning and development
• Assist staff with supervision, meal and snack times, and personal care routines to support children’s health and wellbeing
• Prepare and tidy away activities and resources throughout the day, ensuring the environment remains clean and organised
• Build positive relationships with children, encouraging confidence, independence, and curiosity through play and interaction

Required Skills & Experience

• A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development, with enthusiasm for early years education
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt confidently to different nursery environments
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, follow guidance, and communicate well with both children and staff
