Job summary

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Limited is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support clients across the Trafford area with in-home care. Flexible shifts include 7 am-3 pm and 3 pm-10 pm, with part-time and full-time options and a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Eligible applicants should have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, good English, and a genuine passion for helping others. Training is provided, with weekly pay and benefits for staff.

Qualifications

• Basic caregiving skills and empathy for home care clients.
• Clear spoken English and good communication with clients and families.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with valid driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and practical support to clients at home.
• Assist with meals, light household tasks and medications as required.
• Offer companionship and support to promote independence and dignity.
• Follow care plans and document observations as needed.
