Job summary

Priority Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker in Tonbridge, Kent to provide complex care for a client living in her own home. The role involves assisting with personal care, PEG feeding, and therapy support, with driving duties included for community activities.

The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, with 7am-7pm daytime shifts on Monday to Friday. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required to enable transportation to activities and

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
• Experience working in private client homes with PEG feeding and respiratory care is advantageous.
• Able to commit to 2 x 12 hour shifts per week.
• Female support worker is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide full personal care for the client in her home.
• Assist with PEG feeds and suctioning as needed.
• Support the client with daily activities and therapy sessions.
• Drive the client to community activities and appointments.

This is an excellent opportunity looking after a female living in her own home. Our client lives with multiple complex needs.

We are searching for an experienced complex care Support Worker who is looking for a long term position allowing clients to have a fulfilled quality of life.

Client and Role:

• Our client lives with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other co-current complex conditions requiring full personal care, PEG feeds, suctioning and therapy support
• Our client lives in a fully adapted home with all equipment provided for the role
• Our client enjoys various activities such as sensory input, library, swimming , music therapy

Successful Applicant:

• Must hold a full and valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle, as the role involves driving the client into the community for various activities
• Previous experience working in private client homes, PEG feeding, respiratory care and seizure management would be advantageous
• Able to commit to 2 x 12 hour shifts per week to give our client familiarity and routine
• Female support worker is required for this role.
