Job summary

Veolia in Tonbridge, Kent is seeking a driver for our waste management fleet. Expect 4am starts and a 48-hour week across Monday to Friday, with some days requiring flexibility for start times.

You will operate a vehicle, manage paperwork, and contribute to safe, compliant operations in a busy logistics environment. We offer development opportunities, a supportive team, and a commitment to health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Cat C) license required.
• Digi / Tachograph Card required.
• Experience in waste management and logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and move/empty containers.
• Input all information into onboard system and keep paperwork up to date.
• Perform daily vehicle checks as per driver operator handbook.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and load weight limits.

What you'll be doing;

• Driving to planned collection locations and moving / emptying multiple commercial waste containers
• Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily
• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including and weight of loads

What we're looking for;

• Class 2 (Cat C) license
• Digi / Tachograph Card
• Experience in a similar industry; Waste Management & Logistics
