Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Amesbury to manage a small store team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, stock control, and excellent customer service. You will lead by example on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily tasks and driving efficient operations.
In this role you’ll engage with customers, contribute to community initiatives, and promote Co-op membership. A flexible weekend schedule and opportunities for progression are available.
Location: Boscombe Road , Amesbury, SP4 7JH
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 16-24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Opening shifts, early morning starts through to early afternoon. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
