Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Dronfield to lead a small team in a busy store, ensuring great service and smooth day-to-day operations. The role covers a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with regular overtime possible, including at least two evening or weekend shifts.

You will engage with customers, support stock, merchandising and HR processes, and champion Co-op membership across the community. Training and benefits are provided.

Location: Hartington Road , Dronfield, S18 2LF

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either, Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

What you'll do
