Job summary

Co-op Group in London is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team and run daily store operations. The role requires flexible hours, including at least one weekend shift, and a focus on delivering excellent service and community engagement.

Location: 68-74 Coombe Lane Raynes Park, London, SW20 0AX

Pay: £15.73 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: 6am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. We're happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
