Enable Trust is seeking a People & Culture Assistant to join our central team. Working with school leaders and external HR, payroll and recruitment partners, you’ll help deliver a responsive, high-quality people service across the Trust.
You’ll support recruitment, payroll, employee records and people processes throughout the employee lifecycle, building relationships across schools and ensuring systems are accurate and compliant.

Working closely with school leaders, colleagues and external HR, payroll and recruitment partners, you'll help deliver a responsive, high-quality people service across the Trust.This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting recruitment, payroll, employee records and people processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll build positive relationships across our schools, help ensure our systems and records are accurate and compliant, and contribute to creating a positive experience for colleagues at every stage of their employment journey.As a developing Trust, there will also be plenty of opportunities to share ideas, improve processes and help shape the future of our People & Culture service.

Enable Trust is a specialist school and Alternative Provision (AP) Multi Academy Trust based in South Gloucestershire. We established in 2018, when our founding schools, Culverhill and New Siblands came together with a shared mission. Since then we've opened up Two Bridges Academy, and welcomed Pathways Learning Centre into the Trust, and we're excited to be on track to be on a growth trajectory.
