The Nicholas Hamond Academy is seeking an HR Administrator to join a multi-academy trust-based service. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, payroll processing support and general HR administration across the academies, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
Working hybrid with travel to different academy sites, you will draft correspondence, manage records, and support recruitment and compliance while liaising with payroll providers to resolve issues efficiently.

NJC Point 7 - 14 (£26,403 - £29,540 FTE - Actual £20,301.39 - £22,713.69)
