Job summary

Servis Personnel is hiring healthcare staff for flexible shifts across supported living, day centres and care homes in the United Kingdom. Duties include assisting service users with personal care, mobility and meal preparation.

No experience is required; we provide full training to help you gain essential skills. Shifts include early, late, long day and night, with work days Monday to Sunday to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we can assist you in gaining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and use of assistive equipment.
• Prepare meals and monitor dietary intake.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and changing clothes or bedding.
• Support daily living tasks and provide emotional care.
• Assist with medication management if required.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team.

Healthcare Shifts: Flexible – Early, Late, Long Day, and Night shifts available

Shift Hours are: 6, 9, 12, 15

Work Days: Monday to Sunday – pick and choose your shifts!

Work Locations: Supported Living, Day Centres & Care Homes

Duties Include:

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Supporting mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.
