Job summary

Servis Personnel seeks flexible healthcare support staff to assist service users across supported living, day centres and care homes in Swindon.

Roles include helping with personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and monitoring dietary intake. You will work shifts from early to night, with a supportive team and opportunities to gain experience in different settings. Even applicants without experience are welcome; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support mobility and use of assistive equipment.
• Prepare meals and drinks and monitor dietary intake.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care and changing clothing or bedding.
• Provide daily living support and emotional care.
• Assist with medication management where required.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and professional standards.
• Keep accurate records and report to relevant healthcare professionals.

Job description

Healthcare Shifts: Flexible – Early, Late, Long Day, and Night shifts available

Shift Hours are: 6, 9, 12, 15

Work Days: Monday to Sunday – pick and choose your shifts!

Work Locations: Supported Living, Day Centres & Care Homes

Duties Include:
