Job summary

Servis Personnel is seeking carers to cover flexible shifts across supported living, day centres and care homes in the United Kingdom. You can choose Early, Late, Long Day and Night shifts, with options to work Monday through Sunday.

Duties include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and medication assistance if needed, all while maintaining professional communication. No prior experience required — training and support available to help you gain healthcare experience and grow within

Responsibilities

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Supporting mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.
