Job summary

Servis Personnel is seeking Care Support staff for flexible shifts across Supported Living, Day Centres and Care Homes in the UK. You will assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks, while maintaining safety and dignity for clients.

Shifts include early, late, long day and night options across Monday to Sunday. Applicants without experience are welcome as training and shadowing are available, and sponsorship is not offered. UK residency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care or willingness to undergo training and shadowing.
• UK residency is required (current UK presence).
• Applicants with healthcare visa sponsorship for 20 hours/week accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and use of assistive equipment.
• Prepare meals, monitor dietary intake and hydration.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes/bedding.
• Provide emotional support and daily living assistance.
• Assist with medication management if required.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team.

Duties Include:

• Assisting service users with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Meal and drink preparation, and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assisting with toileting, incontinence care, and changing of clothes or bedding.
• Supporting daily living tasks and offering emotional care.
• Assisting with medication management (if required).
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Adhering to company policies and professional standards.
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting to relevant healthcare professionals.
