HR GO Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Dispatch Operative in the Takeley area (Takeley / Bishop’s Stortford / Stansted Area). This temporary ongoing role offers potential permanent opportunities, with full training provided and a friendly team environment.

You will handle packing, dispatch preparation, returns processing, quality checks, stock movements, and refurbishment work as needed, with a requirement to have access to transport due to location.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dispatch, logistics, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable using computer systems to update records.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Processing returned products and updating internal systems
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Conducting quality checks and inspections on products
• Supporting stock control and inventory management
• Carrying out rework and refurbishment tasks where required
• Using hand tools to assemble and repair products
• Testing products following assembly or refurbishment
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a

Warehouse Dispatch Operative to join a busy and growing operation in the Takeley / Bishop's Stortford / Stansted area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Working as part of the Warehouse and Dispatch Team, you will be responsible for preparing products for dispatch, processing returns, carrying out quality checks, supporting stock movements, and assisting with product assembly and refurbishment when required.

This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to develop a long-term career within a warehouse environment.

Due to the location of the site and limited public transport links, candidates should have access to their own transport.
