Job summary

Aspris Children’s Services in Rugeley, England, is looking for versatile Teaching Assistants to support across all key stages. You will work with the class teacher, help pupils with their work and behaviour, and model positive conduct while building strong relationships.

The role is 39 weeks per year (38 weeks plus one training week) in line with Staffordshire County Council term dates. We provide induction, DBS processing, training, pension, wellbeing support and progression opportunities.

Job description

Salary: £22,492.70 (£13.45 per hour) pre-probation

We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
