Job summary

Barnardo's in Swansea is seeking a Store Associate to help run a busy shop, maintain top-notch presentation and customer service, and assist in leading a small team. The role is part-time and on-site, offering hands-on learning with an experienced store manager by your side.

You will cover the manager on time off, assist with schedules, stock, and merchandising, and work to hit store targets while delivering excellent service to customers. Disability Confident employer scheme is noted.
