We're looking for a female Relief Support Worker to join our teams across Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Garboldisham, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs to live great lives filled with choice, independence and opportunity.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll enjoy the freedom and variety of working across different homes and supporting different people, helping each person achieve the things that matter most to them. One day you might be supporting someone to build their confidence in the community, learn a new life skill or pursue a hobby they love. Another day you could be helping someone manage their home, attend appointments or enjoy time with friends and family.

This is a flexible relief role and shifts may include days, waking nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins, giving you the opportunity to work around your availability while making a real difference. As you'll be travelling between locations and supporting people to access their communities, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
