Job summary

Cygnet St Augustine's is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join the team at our 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll cover flexible bank shifts and help deliver personalised care to residents, contributing to a compassionate, safe environment.

We value empathetic, reliable team players with strong communication skills who can support medical and welfare needs and report actions as required. An enhanced DBS check is required for successful applicants.

Cygnet St Augustine's

Cygnet St Augustine’s is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
