Duties of the Motorcycle Technician:

• Servicing and repairing motorcycles and cars to a high standard
• Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
• Assisting with vehicle handovers and explaining repairs to customers
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members as required
• Carrying out MOTs (advantageous but not essential)
• Working on a variety of motorcycles and vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship

Requirements of the Motorcycle Technician:

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician, with a background in car repairs preferred
• Valid motorcycle and car driving licences
• MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to undertake additional training
• Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
