Qualifications

• Qualified Motorcycle Technician or Master Technician with motorcycle diagnostics experience.
• Full motorcycle licence is essential.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles and other vehicles.
• Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and engine work to manufacturer standards.
• Lead technical investigations and support warranty claims.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to other Technicians and Apprentices.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism within the workshop.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Work closely with management and aftersales teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
