Job summary

GI Group is seeking Drivers to support vehicle ferrying operations for a leading automotive logistics client based in Stallingborough. The role involves moving vehicles safely within the site and between compounds, across manual, automatic and electric vehicles, with 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00.

The position is ongoing and part-time, subject to site volumes, with full training provided, PPE supplied, and a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A full UK Category B driving licence.
• Licence held for at least 24 months.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Aged 22 or older for insurance.
• Ability to drive manual, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Transport required to site.
• On-site training provided.

Location: Stallingborough

Pay: £12.91-£25.82 per hour (dependent on shift)

Shifts: 08:00-20:00 (12-hour shifts)

Contract: Ongoing, part time (subject to site volumes)

The Role

You will be responsible for moving vehicles safely and efficiently across the site and between compounds. Your duties will include:

• Moving vehicles within the main compound and between on-site compounds
• Driving a range of vehicles, including electric, manual and automatic
• Using handheld scanners when required
• Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any damage immediately

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• A full UK Category B driving licence
• Held your licence for a minimum of 24 months
• No more than 3 penalty points (subject to endorsement codes)
• Be aged 22+ (for insurance purposes)
• Confidence driving manual, automatic and electric vehicles (essential)
• A strong eye for detail and a safety-first approach
• Flexibility to work weekends when required
• Your own transport due to the site location
